This page has links to excerpts from Villa Monterey HOA newsletters. Monthly newsletters have announcements, reminders, HOA history, and seasonal information for members. HOA newsletters are distributed by the HOA management company with the monthly statement.

Note:

At the end of some newsletters is a reference to the management company and property manager. That notation refers to the management company and property manager extant at the time of the newsletter. In the above paragraph is a link to the current property manager. Other links which occur in newsletters were correct at the time of the newsletter, but many will now go unresolved.
