Tree Trimming Update

The Liquidambar trees throughout the community are being assessed for trimming in early spring. No removals are expected.

Garage Sale Date Change

The date for the first Villa Monterey garage sales in 2004 has been changed to Saturday, April 24th. Start saving your stuff to sell to your neighbors.

Clubhouse Renovation & Use

The clubhouse is being continually upgraded. New carpeting is being installed in March. Using the clubhouse is a great, inexpensive way to host a gathering that is too large for your home. The rental fee runs from $25 to $75 per event depending on the time and day of the event. The clubhouse has a pool table, fireplace, tables/chairs and a full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. For more information call (858) 279-3414.

Sealing Your New Fence

A Top Notch Construction member has agreed to stain fences for residents with a water sealant like Jasco. He will spray one coat thoroughly. The cost, including the sealant, is $100. To get on a list call James at (619) 851-2407.

Parking Rules

Please read the parking rules on the back of the mailed newsletter. Towing of vehicles parked in violation of the rules will begin March 1.

Elections

The annual meeting of the VMHOA will be held in April. Two positions will be up for election. If you wish to volunteer to serve on the Board, please submit the Candidacy Form included with this newsletter.
