Parking is not permitted on garage aprons. Only guests are allowed to park in the guest parking spots. Homeowners must park in your garage or on the street. No boat, trailer, RV, camper, truck or commercial vehicle can park in a fire lane, turnaround, garage apron or open parking space. When being loaded or unloaded, an RV may not be parked where it blocks any portion of a neighboring garage or access to that garage.
We're going to decorate the clubhouse beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 29th. If you'd like to help, please contact John Marsh. Refreshments may make the experience a bit more enjoyable.
The installation of air conditioner units in windows or on rooftops is not permitted. Units may be installed in patio or balcony areas, provided that satisfactory appearance is maintained. An architectural request form must be submitted to the board for approval before installation.
At long last every resident of the HOA has a new patio fence. How to keep them looking new? Use a clear sealant like Jasco. Those who had the chance to watch the crew at work were witness to what teamwork is all about. Your old fence that stood for thirty years came down in twelve minutes. And when the crew is in the takedown mode, a whole street of fences can vanish in little more than an hour.
Skateboards and roller blades are prohibited on the common area sidewalks and parking spaces within the complex. Bicycles must adhere to city ordinances for street safety at all times. Bicycles are not allowed to be ridden on the sidewalks, lawns, down embankments, or through shrubbery and may not be brought into any recreational area.
The next homeowner's meeting will be on Wednesday, November 12th at 6:00 p.m. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
