The continuing installation of new fences by Shield Fence Company should begin as early as March or April and be completed by the end of this year. Three buildings on Edge Park and seven on the pool greenbelt are scheduled for painting this fall. Those involved will be notified in advance on how to prepare.
The landscape walk-through of your Board is planned for the 4th Wednesday of every month beginning February 26th. All residents of Villa Monterey are invited to attend. Meet at the clubhouse at 8 a.m. on the day designated. It's an educational opportunity for all participants.
Please call Preferred Property Managers if you have questions about the landscaping (instead of asking the gardeners). They are responsible for any action needed.
In order to keep your garage door working properly, lubricate the door rollers, bearings and hinges (not the tracks) with a silicone spray twice a year. Warning - lubricants like WD40 may stain the surface of your garage door.
The 29th annual meeting of our association will be held on Wednesday, April 9th at the clubhouse. Three Board members will be elected. If you are interested in joining the Board of Directors, please complete the candidate form that will be sent to all homeowners. We need Directors who can make sound decisions and have experience managing projects and handling money.
Parking is not allowed on garage aprons and fire turn-around areas.
Please use caution when traveling our streets as we have lots of precious children in the neighborhood.
