The Tow Trucks are Coming!

The Association will be installing guest parking signs and towing signs in the community by the end of June. For the last several months Metro Service has been ticketing cars, but effective July 1st they will be towing. We have several homeowners who are using common area guest parking as their personal spaces. Just a friendly warning from the Board, if you have received a ticket from Metro, you are on "The List" and will only receive one final warning before getting towed. Consult the mailed Newsletter for examples of vehicles on "The List". And "The List" goes on.

Rock 'n Roll Marathon

Darcy, a Villa Monterey homeowner and a teacher at our neighborhood Vista Grande Elementary School, competed in San Diego's recent Rock n' Roll Marathon. Her marathon training was very limited. For 8 weeks she and a friend ran once a week from Villa Monterey to Cowles Mountain or Mt. Fortuna to prepare for the event. She was "whipped and wobbly" afterward, but completed the run in 4 hours and 30 minutes. Great job!

Automatic Payment
